The more remixes Travis Barker brings to the viral marketplace, the more I become a believer. Another solid effort from the Blink 182 percussionist.
Over a year ago, Spike Jonze and Kanye West linked up for this short film. This shit is really bizarre, and finds West doing market research on how to be obnoxious in the club, complete with surreal visuals that includes vomiting rose petals, and humping a leopard-skin pillow. I just call that a Tuesday.
Take a trip down memory lane to listen to most of the samples that have been used to craft everything from The College Dropout to 808’s and Heartbreak. That Otis Redding sample is mean! Say what you will about sampling, but as long as he’s paying the royalties, keep the classics rollin’.
