Let me just come out and say it: I watched this trailer with my pants off and I’m very happy with my decision. There’s nothing worse than a cotton Dockers roadblock when you’re trying to get to boner town. Anytime you have Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis kissing each other (which hopefully leads to them scissoring one another), it’s very important to have full range of motion.
The Virginity Hit is sorta like American Pie meets The Office (jesus I even talk like a Los Angelino now), but it still looks pretty funny and awkward and is being produced by Will Ferrell and Adam McKay. And by golly there’s not even a Michael Cera sighting.
The latest film from Zach Snyder of 300 fame, which can best be described as chicks kicking human AND dragon ass. I’m crossing my fingers that one of these ladies can shoot machine gun bullets out of her nipples and spout out the phrase, “love hurts.”
Finally some real footage that gives us a glimpse at what David Fincher’s Facebook movie is going to look like without just some cryptic bits of voice over. Here’s hoping that there’s some type of internet twist ending where Zuckerberg receives an email of video showing two girls, one cup and a whole lot of puke.
Zach G and RDJr (we’re cool enough to use nicknames around here) team up for what’s being called The Hangover meets Planes, Trains and Automobiles. Downey Jr. has gone on record as saying that *”it’s the second greatest movie he’s ever made.”*
*may or may not have been high.
Saman Keshavarz is a really dope up and coming director who took home the top prize at SXSW for his music video treatment for Cinnamon Chasers, Luv Deluxe. Check out more of his work HERE.
Vampires are all over the place like belly rings and tramp stamps at local beaches. Everyone has turned into certified fangbangers. Regardless, two things still reign true. Sookie Stackhouse has a nice rack AND Let the Right One In is one of the best foreign films to come out in a long time. Staying true to the American studio system, Let the Right One In has become Let Me In for this remake.
The Pat Tillman story chronicles the death and subsequent cover up of the former NFL player, turned Army Ranger, who was killed by friendly fire in Afghanistan.
Here’s the first look at Aaron Sorkin’s take on Ben Mezrich’s book The Accidental Billionaires: The Founding of Facebook, a Tale of Sex, Money, Genius and Betrayal. I really hope movie critics use internet jargon to rate this film. “I LOL”d so hard.” “This film gets four OMG’s.”
Here’s the first look at Michel Gondry’s foray into the superhero world of The Green Hornet which is slated to open January 14, 2011. I’m still holding out hope that there’s some classic Gondry moments like a dream sequence where Seth Rogen talks to dolphins.
