Today marks the 10th anniversary of one of the best movies of all time: Fight Club. If you haven’t seen this film, I’m not going to go into the particulars. Rather, “I’m anonymous reader’s utter embarrassment.” To celebrate, I’m thinking of jamming out to Meatloaf tunes while I practice by body punches on a slab of raw meat.
Here’s to all those single serving friends out there!

Fight Club is one of my fave movies of all time. Right up there with The Sandlot and Aladdin.
I’m actually in the process of writing a paper about it for my Communication and US Cultural Studies class. It’s about the hegemonic masculinity and heteronormativity in the film…in layman’s terms, how and why Tyler Durden and “the Narrator” are the way they are…
One day this college degree will do me good.
